Easy to get to from the airport shuttle. Last time I stayed in the Ibis next door which had many more features, but this was $20 cheaper and I was flying out in the morning.

Airport shuttle is horrible!! They only have one bus moving around for the numerous people checking in to this hotel and Ibis.. they could have done better with on time schedule. The schedule they posted is not followed. On the day i left 9/30/25, there was no service and we had to get a van and split up the cost with 6 more people. The morning staff was not helpful at all.. telling us to take public transportation with the big luggages we have.. Hotel mgt must train their staff in answering customers who are having a problem with transportation. That staff just said” i don’t know, i am not management.” When asked how people can catch a ride to airport and not be late for their flight.. Poor customer service!!

We took the shuttle from the airport and it was easy to find, on time and comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated, the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. Yes the room was small, but we knew that ahead of time. The only reason I deducted a star is because to get coffee before the breakfast, you have to pay for it at the front desk then the machine will dispense your coffee. Not bad, just different.

I would say the good things about this hotel are: free airport shuttle, safe neighborhood, and the staff let us eat our little Albert Heijn picnic in the dining area. The rooms were impossibly small. As we are a family of 3, we got a large bed with a bunk bed. The mattress in the bunk bed was not clean and smelled strongly of (I think) old sweat. It was also not made so I had to touch the bare mattress with my hands to spread out the flat sheet. I implore them to change the mattress to one that is used in university dorms - they are covered in very thick plastic and can be sanitized deeply. The staff were very nice and courteous.

Small details reveal the care taken of a place. Filthy walls, a bad smell throughout thw property, and toliet paper that had been in my room long enough to have a visble layer of duat on it. How long does something have to sit out in the Netherlands to gather a thick layer of dust? The provided transportation was also an issue. If you are arriving mid-day be prepared for a melee to get on the bus. The hotel runs one bus every 30-40 minutes in the mid-day, they need to run both. They also fill the bus way beyond a safe capacity. It is an avoidable accident waiting to happen.
