The hotel is beautiful nice pool they allow dogs with a pet deposit of $80 when you pay the pet deposit they give you a bag with a little blankly a toy biodegradable dog dishes that treat

Arrived at 10:30 was at the counter waiting for about 25 minutes before I was finally checked in, the room was ok but the beds was terrible, the mattress was spring and hard, the furniture was outdated and the tv was only one channel, for the first 2 nights there were a lot of noise the 3 third night was not that bad, I know it’s kind of a cheap hotel but you guys can do better, especially with the beds and the tv channels !!!

Staff were exceptional! However, I had a room that was handicapped accessible (great) but it was in the basement of the building. No windows or ventilation. One room did not have AC and one of the two bathrooms did not have hot water. The room felt damp and there was an offensive smell. The furniture was old and two of the chairs were rusted. This was definitely overpriced for what we received. It was clean. Buyer beware! Anytime more attention is given to surrounding amenities instead of your sleeping space, run away!

Our first room was basement with no window, it was damp and had no ventilation so when you took a shower it added to the overall humidity. Staff were very good about changing us to a better room for the rest of our stay, cleaner, fresher but noisy, right on a busy road and with no drawers to put stuff. Would never go here again.

I don’t know how this place is even allowed to be listed on Expedia. The second I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming stench—a mix of mildew and an old, dirty mop. It was so bad it triggered my asthma. The room was absolutely disgusting: stained carpets, stained walls, even stained pillows. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The TV doesn’t work, the water is ice cold, and the walls are so paper-thin you can hear full conversations from down the hall. There is absolutely no privacy, and sleeping here is nearly impossible between the noise and the filth. We originally booked for four nights but left first thing in the morning after just one miserable night. We ended up staying at an Airbnb in Isabela that was spotless—a complete night-and-day difference. Now I understand why they refuse refunds under any circumstances—it’s a scam. If they allowed refunds, nobody would stay past five minutes. DO NOT believe any positive reviews. They are either fake or written by people with zero standards for cleanliness. There is absolutely nothing good about this place, and anyone saying otherwise is lying. What’s even worse is that Expedia continues to allow this place to be listed despite all the complaints. It’s unacceptable that a platform this big lets places like this scam customers with no accountability. Just because a hotel is listed on Expedia doesn’t mean it meets any kind of basic hygiene or quality standards. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The place was clean easy to find and everyone was friendly. This place is right off rt 2 and if the noises of cars going by will hinder you sleep. This is not the place for you. If that doesn't bother you then it is a great cheep place to crash for the night.

Super friendly staff but disappointing outcome

The customer service were super friendly. Easy check in and check out process. The beds were not comfortable. The shower didn’t seem clean I saw hairs that didn’t belong to us. The walls are so thin I felt like nearby people were in our room with us. The hotel is on a main road so be prepared to hear tons of music at all hours and cars going by. Underneath is a pizza place and a hair salon. I would not stay here again. It just was not clean enough and too loud.
