Julius at the front desk was very friendly and prompt getting us checked in . The room was clean. Parking was easy . Property seems well cared for and the area seemed safe . My only complaint is the cleaning crew in the morning was very loud outside of our door in the early morning . It went on for so long that I opened my door to see why they’d be outside our door for so long . Come to find out

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast with good hot food selection included. Next to railway station for trains to downtown Chicago. Restaurant/Brewhouse next door to hotel but not open every night. Other places available nearby, 5 minute walk to Hollywood Casino.
