The hotel was of good quality, the premises were clean, and the staff were courteous. However, during our stay, the lock on the shower door malfunctioned. The maintenance technician required over an hour to open the door, during which time a person remained trapped inside the shower

There was no hot water. We had to check out at 8:30 in the morning just so I could drive home to get hot water to bathe. Very disappointed.

They offered me breakfast until 9:30am, I came down at 8:45 and everything was gone and FD just said everything is gone, what????both days were the same, they didn't offered any compensation, no microwave at FD for guest, housekeeping never showed up they did not even replaced towels.
