The staff was amazing. Probably the kindest, friendliest staff of a hotel anywhere. When they found out it was my husband’s birthday they immediately sent a cake and champagne to our room. The breakfast was also fantastic!

Overall experience was not bad .. we book a suite .. Location was excellent Breakfast was nice Friendly & helpful staff However the design of the room was not good. The sick is outside the bathroom and within the walkway of the room entrance .. anytime you was you will have water splashing on the path so you have to dry it after every use. The complete bathroom & shower is glass so there is no privacy .. moreover the shower door does not seal so again, water will spill on the floor ( walk way ) as you go in and out of the room .. we have to use towels to dry the floor The suite has 2 TV’s which are adjacent to each other, and since they are from the same make and model, you will have really hard time trying to switch only one TV on or off as the other one will do the same ..

Clean and nice hotel in superb location. Reception did not or forgot to mention that being member render 10% breakfast discount. Could not say when a child pays full rate for breakfast, I was clear with its a 3y old you also got the passport info. Toilet door hinge in room 406 should be adjusted cannot close fully. Overall 5 of 5.

We got the room with its own private pool. worth every penny. pricy but location is so close 2 la ramba and the gothic quarters. would def stay back if im ever back in barcelona. staff was extremely helpful. Helped with out bags and got us buckets of ice when needed. The breakfast buffet is american style which was fine since we had spent 2 weeks eating italian food

The location is convenient and accessible. The entrance is uninviting and looks cheap with what looks like an entrance to a garage beside it. The staff are okay but not great. The bed is old and sagging and uncomfortable. The pillows smells bad. I do not recommend this hotel.

The front desk stall were awesome!! They helped me find the US consulate website and printed out all the forms for me to apply for an emergency passport ( I got picked pocket at one of the restaurants in the neighborhood unfortunately and lost my passport). The hotel was very clean and quiet despite being on a major street. Very convenient with Starbucks, Cafes, Supermarket all within 3 mins walk. Will definitely stay there again!
