Very clean rooms and well appointed kitchen. Staff responded quickly when we noticed the bathtub faucet leaking - maintenance came and fixed it within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. Heater was a bit noisy overnight but otherwise great stay, will return.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Really overpowering smell of industrial cleaners or disinfectant. Front lobby motion light blinks and shines into the room. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor was very noisy all night. Sounded like moving furniture until 3am, both nights I was there. Elevator felt a bit sketchy. No filtered water bottle refill stations beside in the gym. Although, the concierge/front desk were pleasant and nice.

We spent the holidays at this hotel, the location is right off the highway and near the supermarket. The room was big and very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Gary, Ana and Nivi. Excellent customer service. The hot breakfast was a good spread and the dinner time social was a real treat! The kitchen with a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, coffee machine, pots & pans, and flatware was really useful for our extended stay over 10 days. The bathrooms have Dove products, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The laundry room was complimentary all you need to bring is your detergent and dry sheets. There is a book book in the lobby for the kiddos towards the left and there is complimentary Coffee and tea 24/hrs. I would recommend this hotel for families, business travelers and solo women travelers. My family and I are looking forward to staying in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor pool!
