There was a security guard at the front of the building who was extremely helpful in helping us with our bags and getting our car parked. Room was very nice. This is our second or 3rd time stay at this hotel. The staff at the desk when checking in seems very uninterested in you as a customer.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh apples, fresh cookie in the breakfast area on my arrival to boost! Room was clean, parking was a bit walk in the cold, now $30 which is still less expensive than most. To top it all, the front desk is super friendly, together with the security guy, so nice, attentive, and helpful. 7 minutes to NU, worked out perfect for me. Will stay here again next time.
