Overall it was good. But kind of expensive for the area it is in. Not walkable at all with all the drug addicts in the streets around. But they gave us a great room for my special needs son with room for him to run without getting hurt or bothering neighbors.

Came in for a overnight trip for Boston Childrens Hospital. I booked this hotel based on reviews and they were positive for the most part. Upon arrival, we were greeted and the lady at the front desk even said "this is a rough neighborhood" after I asked to be placed about floor 5. Being above floor 5 is typical for us however the reaction was unsettling. Got to the room and the walls were all scuffed up, no smoke alarm, bed was so uncomfortable with spring in my back, bathroom tub was dirty and the smoke heads were missing parts. The outside noise was an all night thing. Wasn't worth the money paid.

The toilet kept running all night in Room 617. We had to keep the bathroom door closed because it was so loud. In the morning the toilet overflowed all over the floor. Carpet in room smelled like feet. Bed sheets did not fit.

A beautiful property with great staff. However a hotel is supposed to be a place that you can get a good night's sleep. We were on the 8th Floor with the Gym right above our room. Someone was running on the treadmill for 2hours in the middle of the night. It sounded like a tornado. I went down to the front desk and the front desk agent said that the gym was open 24 hours. I was exhausted 😩
