Welcome to “Mermaid of HULL” So happy to be hosting you, hope you make memories to last your life time…. Below you will find information that will help you get the most out of your stay. Cleaning fee is for normal clean, if you leave house trashed it will cost extra $100 fee. Please act as if you were in your house. No sparkles or confetti; no tape on walls (it takes paint off wall) . extra $200 cleaning fee.
Park cars tight against my building, get people out and fold in mirrors. There is an easement to beach on side of Daddy’s. Supplies are brought down driveway to
Daddy’s Dogs. (If you have air-conditioners on you can not have windows or doors open)
$$$ If air-conditioners are over worked they will break…. 5K each

House Rules
Please Respect our HUGE investment, we have worked very hard to make this what it is. We want you to have FUN under control at all times. No smoking, No pets not even visiting.
No RAVE parties, No Loud noise after 10pm. I have neighbors that are older on side of entrance, so if you can wait to talk when you get inside. (after dark)

Checking-in and Operating Door Lock
You will receive a code that will work during your stay. Punch in the code and hit the top button. You will hear it open, push down on door handle and open. It locks automatically , so be carful, if you do not shut door behind you quick enough it will lock. Please unlock , shut door.
Please only give code out to who you trust. Always lock doors when you leave.
Press top button once, hold door in as it does it. If it doesn’t work, unlock and try again.

Checking out
Hit top long key, you will hear it, but, confirm it is locked. Check out time in 11am . Our cleaning crew arrives shortly after that , so unless you have made special arrangements with us, please be mindful of the check out time.

* All bed Linen is bagged and marked for what bed they go to.
Leave all dirty sheets in bathroom in Blue tall basket and Blue basket in closet upstairs.
Place all used towels in the Blue tall basket also
(This is how I know what needs to be cleaned)
Load and start dishwasher
Leave wine glasses on counter (not in dishwasher)
All trash ends up behind house in trash cans.
Turn off all lights, shut and lock all windows and doors on your way out.
(Please return all Thermostats to 63 degrees)
Turn off air conditioners
TV and Audio
Both TVs are connected to Internet , and can be controlled with the remote. You can access Sound bar can also be used to play songs off of your phones, bluetooth. Karaoke is under TiKi bar.
Fire Extinguisher
Located on wall to right of Microwave in kitchen, First Aid In cabinet across from stove in kitchen
Safe is in Canopy Bamboo Bed room (directions on how to use are with safe)
