Pros - staff were welcoming and professional. Hotel interior was smart. Cons - on very busy road. Only valet parking available at $20 per night. Room was fine, but ensuite off the bedroom had a sliding, translucent door with gaps that afforded no privacy in the bathroom - also meant that any light on in the ensuite shone directly into the bedroom. Aircon was always too cold, even after altering it.

The room itself was immaculate but a little small, which wasn't a big deal. The AC did not cool well, though, and thus the 3 star for comfort. Also, parking is available by valet only, which is currently a $28 premium. Area is safe and nice, close to Harvard University. Overall, we liked it. The facility was very clean and the staff was nice. A little pricey though.

Great location, very conveniently located close to the subway and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was a bit on the small side and felt very cramped with no proper wardrobe space. But overall a pleasant stay

Great 2 night stay. Subway is less than a block, and very easy to use. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are small but clean, bonus I didn’t hear any noise! Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Small Hotel

Nice small hotel with thoughtfully designed rooms. My twin room was small but with plenty of hooks, hangers, and drawers to put my things so a 3 night stay was very comfortable. Nice toiletries, great service by staff.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, answering all of our questions. The location was very convenient, just diagonally across the street a wonderful cafe recommended by staff for our breakfast and near the Porter Square stop on the Red Line.

Friendly staff, good location, smooth check-in. But guests can't turn off the fan from their rooms. We called the frontdesk three times to ask to have fan switched off. They were able to switch off the AC but couldn't turn off the fan. It was quite loud and was running the whole night. This could use some improvement. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
