I will never stay here again. The hotel was already overpriced, and on top of that, I was charged an additional $209 in “incidentals,” including parking and a $30-per-day fee that was never disclosed upfront. When I booked, it clearly stated that parking was included. We also had to carry all our luggage down from the 9th floor because luggage carts aren’t allowed to be used before 9 a.m. The “breakfast” was nothing more than a few snacks with water and coffee, and only one elevator was working during our stay. This was a terrible experience, especially for our first trip to Boston. We will not be returning and definitely won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and enjoyed the service at the bar. The gym was good—had all the equipment we needed and was very clean. The only problem was the elevators were out of service our last evening and morning.
