"Ariel was safe a lot to do. My only complaint was it would be nice if there was a hot tub available and we parked at the hotel and the back was very wet with a concrete mixture in the water so it was very dirty getting into the car."

"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. Approximately 40 minutes later, when I returned, the front desk was still unattended. The same two individuals who had been waiting earlier were still there waiting for someone to return to the desk. "The gym was not available and i was not made aware of it until I went to go in the morning. They offered me to walk a few blocks to go to another gym.... no thanks... sigh. Then the heat was on with no option to do AC because it hadnt been turned on in the building... it was HOT sleeping. Sigh... wish it would've been a better experience. "
