Casa Del Mar is a stunning 4 bedroom 5 bath 4500 sq.ft. contemporary home located in the prestigious gated area of Pedregal. Pedregal is the only development adjacent to Cabo San Lucas, giving you the opportunity to experience the nightlife, marina access, restaurants, and shopping. This spacious villa has an amazing location directly across the street from the beautiful Pedregal beach entrance.

It is also steps to a multi-court facility with pickleball courts, bocce, basketball, soccer and beach.

The living room has a beautiful, comfortable sectional sofa and large flat screen TV.

Directly behind, the custom dining table has seating for 8 people and also includes a bar for cocktail mixing. The fully stocked kitchen features Subzero and Wolf stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and gourmet cookware.

Casa Del Mar is a perfect vacation villa for four couples or families with children over the ages of eight. All of the four bedrooms (two are Masters) have their own up to date en-suite bath. Each bedroom has been exquisitely decorated with high end linen, flat screen TV and designer furnishings. One of the master bedrooms has its own private balcony, while two of the other bedrooms have private courtyards.

The luxury villa is ideal for for entertaining both indoors and out, with multiple patio areas, outdoor salt pool and spa, built-in BBQ, built-in fire pit, chef's stocked kitchen as well as an open living area. Guests also have access to an Olympic length lap salt pool shared among Casa Del Mar and 12 other houses.

Casa Del Mar has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to appeal for those wanting and appreciating a high end experience.

Amenities such as a Sonos sound system with speakers inside and out of the house, Satellite TV, and daily maid service ensures a wonderful experience.

Bathrobes are in each guest room. Also included are toiletries in each bathroom.

We provide all guests with a guidebook in either PDF format or as an app that resides on your smartphone. It's full of recommendations, info on the house, emergency info, transportation options, etc.

The house is beautiful! Decorated and maintained immaculately. There is a maid that comes daily and unobtrusively cleans up while you are out enjoying the day. The hosts are wonderful and provided us with so much information to help us plan and enjoy our time in Cabo. The location of the house being steps from the beach was my favorite part- enjoying nightly sunsets is a great way to end the day. The day we arrived we went to the beach after dropping our bags off and there was a local organization releasing tiny baby turtles into the ocean- it was such a neat thing to see! You will enjoy your trip- don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful stay in an awesome location. You are steps from the beach. Incredible amenities, and a beautifully designed home. Week in Cabo

Home was gorgeous. Mike was so helpful and gave us so much information before we arrived. Never had the host treat us to a welcome dinner and after a long day of travel was Perfect. Jj and Irma were wonderful. Location is perfect right across from Pickle-ball and Bocce court and of course right across from ocean. Hard to believe but even more gorgeous in person. Will be back for sure beautiful view of ocean and mountains.

Amazing!!!

Casa Del Mar is stunning and one of our favorite Pedregal homes we have ever stayed in. It's the perfect location and the layout and decor are beautiful. The PERFECT House

We were 4 adult couples on a trip to Cabo for a friend's 40th birthday party. After a previous property we had booked was not up to par upon arrival, the owner of this property was quick to help us move into this house for the remainder of the week. Very responsive, polite and super accommodating! The layout of the house was perfect for us to gather as a group but also have our own private, individual spaces as needed. The decor is LOVELY, the views amazing and the location, right across from the beach entrance made early morning walks on the beach a daily activity. We will 100% stay again!

Gorgeous home with beautiful views

This house has it all. Everything in the house is stunning with beautiful decor and elegant design. Don’t look any further- this is the house for your trip. We had 4 couple for a birthday trip and it was perfect. You have the Mountain View from the back of the house and the ocean view from the front. Sitting areas all around the outside and very roomy on the inside. Owner and property manager were very helpful and on the ready with any questions or requests. Thank you for a great stay. It’s the most stunning house in the community.

Paradise in Cabo

Our week at Casa Del Mar was absolutely fantastic! My family and I have been fortunate to travel and stay in a number of beautiful places around the world, but this experience is at the top of our list. Mike's and Stacie's home is not only perfectly located, but is designed perfectly and decorated impeccably. They are also extremely hospitable and gracious. Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our trip to Casa Del Mar! The home was stunning, the furnishings were such good quality, and the location was perfect. Mike, our host, was so easy to communicate with and he even went out of his way to treat our group to a private chef dinner the first night after a long day of travel. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful property, you can truly feel the thought and detail that went into this home. 10 out of 10!!
