very nice hotel
Pros:Love the fact they have Starbucks coffee.
Cons:nothing

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days while Naperville for a conference just this week. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the conference center and within walking distance to several good restaurants. The hotel room was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased.
We usually stay at the Marriott just down the road from the Courtyard Marriott. We were very pleased to find this one as exceptional as the higher priced one down the road. We love Marriott, always our first choice, never tried the Courtyard, if you are on a budget, this is the one for you. No need to spend the extra $$$.

Nice property, but not competitive for this area
Pros:Clean, with convenient location and plenty of parking.
Cons:Breakfast should be included in the cost.
Location:Near to all Naperville/Warrenville/Aurora activities.
The hotel was nice overall - Clean, renovated, nice decor, and reasonably comfortable. The staff were pleasant, but there were two problems:
1. Housekeeping isn't there on holidays. On Thanksgiving day, we came back to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. We went to the desk to get clean towels, and were told "Sorry, there is no housekeeping on Thanksgiving. There should have been a paper under your door to explain that". No, there wasn't any paper, and that wasn't explained at check-in, and it is not acceptable. There was no discount for the lack of housekeeping - This pricing was the same as other hotels in the area, that DID have housekeeping. Not good. If they want to give people the day off, that's admirable. But tell your guests about it at check-in, provide extra supplies, and discount the room accordingly.
2. Breakfast is not included. They have a walk-up restaurant counter, and they serve a pretty good quality breakfast. But that adds $10-15 per person each day, which is not a cost you'll incur at other hotels in the area.
A good hotel overall, but the cost was more than other nicer hotels in the area, when I add the $40/day for breakfast. That's probably why this hotel had more room availability over the holiday. We stay in the area several times a year, mostly at holidays, so I wouldn't be inclined to return here.

Nice hotel, quiet, clean & close
Pros:Close to our family restaurants and nearby towns where family lived and work

Location:Great
We had a good stay. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. 24 hour Starbucks! Food at Bristro was good.

Pros:Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Convenient to Hwy. 88, and restaurants. Good sized room; empty refrigerator which is nice if you want to keep drinks or snacks cold.
Also, guest laundry room good for longer stays. Liked the dedicated computer in lobby for printing out your boarding pass - very handy.

Clean and good location
My room was clean and the hotel is in a good location. However, it was quite empty and being a woman traveling by myself, I did not feel safe in the back of the hotel. Although, you did need your card to enter the back entrance. Also, cell phone coverage was impossible from my room.
