Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Centric Chicago Loop. It was conveniently located close to a CTA station, and Sebastian at the front desk made check in an absolute breeze. The service was excellent and all of my needs were met quickly. The only downsides were the walls of my room were covered in black scuff marks, and the restaurant downstairs wasn’t very good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking to stay in the area. Thanks again to Sebastian for making my stay a memorable weekend getaway.

Great location downtown. Well appointed. Good restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Nice to have a self-device refreshment room, “The Corner”, with tea and coffee. Though the promised granola bars were nowhere to be seen on Saturday and Sunday.

The loop location was very convenient to theatres, shopping, restaurants and train hubs. My room was surprisingly large whereas my friend's room was the typical size you'd expect. The staff all were very friendly and the hotel was clean/up to date.

Upon getting there, valet services had one member so when we called for the car it would take 30 minutes or longer also we asked for towels multiple times and had to go downstairs to get it finally after 5 tries. Stayed two nights and the tv didn’t even work. Upgraded to move in early for more money just to have these problems

While the staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, my stay was affected by how loud other guests were on my floor-some sort of party was occurring with very loud voices and loud music from around 9:30 to almost 3:00 am. Additionally, near the vent of the hotel room, there was a very strong smell of w**d which happened to be right by the bed so that’s all I smelled while trying to sleep.
