Overall it is a fairly good hotel. The only disappointment was that the floors seemed to be relatively thin so that the very noisy group in the room directly above ours kept us up for half the night.

Check in and other basic services were as expected. Breakfast was ample, but needs to go until 10:00. Out room was by the HBAC and was noisy at night from the fans. Otherwise, the room was nice.

Hotel was old and dated. The suite was uncomfortable. Shower, bathroom was extremely small. Had to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. Room hvac system had no ability to run the fan to circulate air without heat or air on. Air was dry and stale making it difficult to breathe. Shower floor was in disrepair and appeared to have mold in the tile. Counter was broken and furniture had a strange odor. Would not stay in a Hyatt again!
