The AC isn't always reliable depending on room. Parking is great. The remote for the tv doesn't always work well. The laundry room isn't easy to find.

Left after about an hour and didn't stay at the hotel. While in the shower the desk receptionist came in with key with a guest thinking the room was available, then called the room to see if it was occupied. This was all within an hour of checking in. Noticed a gross ball of hair and dust on the floor. Walked out and didn't bother asking for refund.
