Though the staff was very attentive to pick us up from the airport, their shuttle was unsafe. Half of the seatbelt buckles were duct taped/missing and there were 3 children in there. The check in guy was nice, but the hotel in general looked run down and carpet in the hallway was nasty. The breakfast was a lot of sugary options- muffins, cereal and waffles. Nothing of substance.

I was asked to check in online to just pick up the key at the desk. When I got there, I was asked to do the whole process again in person. It was pointless that I wasted time doing it online. I understand it is a super 8 but the building was dirty. The hallways and walls. My air conditioner was not working well and when I told the woman at the front desk, she said it was fine. I had just gotten off a 9 hour flight so I just didn't push the issue.

Room was dirty on arrival. Walk in to chips and stuff from last ppl who stayed. Also got non smoking room and it stunk of cigarettes. Had 3 kids who were tired or wouldn’t have bothered staying and paid already. If I could get a refund on it I would appreciate it. It was gross. Staff was disrespectful. And very unwelcoming. The stay was honestly just a place to sleep didn’t feel like anything more than just gross. Along with the room being hot wifi halfway working.
