Nicole was absolutely wonderful and accommodating for our large group. We had a wonderful time with friends and family and we were thankful that she provided extra air mattresses for optimal comfort too. We stayed here for three nights. the neighborhood is just okay.. There are a ton of stray cats in the area that pooped constantly in the backyard. The house was not super clean, there were a few dead bugs, some of the pans were not clean.

Wonderful Resort-style Home in Chula Vista

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this house that was able to accomodate a group of 12 people. Nicole was a great host who gave us all the information we needed for our stay to make the most of the home. The rooms and living area were comfortable with large beds and a couch that could be used as a sleeper. The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and utensils which was perfect for being able to make meals.The star of the house was the backyard, as it had a pool, jacuzzi, and a fire pit which was perfect for nightly group gatherings with the nice San Diego weather. There was also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge, letting us stay outside in the pool area to get the most use out of the amenities. Our stay was quite fantastic and this house was perfect for our group! I definitely recommend it, especially for groups.
