"I loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, West End shows, Covent Garden, Chinatown and several tube stations. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful. "

"They are in the process of remodeling this hotel and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and smelled new. The house keeping staff were top notch and the front desk people were willing to help us in any way. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they gave us complementary early check-in because a room was available. The best part about this hotel was the location. There are two tube stops within close walking distance and there are lots of souvenir shops and eating places only two blocks away. "
