My key didnt work i had to go to the front desk 4 times for a new on the paint was peeling off the door and the light in the bathroom didnt work right and the light above the sink was tapped to the wall

First time I have been disappointed with a La Quinta. The lobby was nice but that was about it. Elevator hardly worked, room was in desperate need of updating, mattress needs replaced, bathroom was dirty, and it was noisy from the freeway. Guy on the way in tried selling me fentanyl. After seeing the state of the room we immedietly turned around and booked another hotel, didnt even try to stay the night it was that bad. Wouldnt give a refund either since we prepaid. It makes me seriously question ever booking any La Quinta again.

The room was disgusting . We had to buy sheets and a cover from target just to feel some comfort . We are limited in where we can stay because we have two pups but this by far has been the worse place we have ever stayed . The tub was filthy and there were stains all around the bathroom like the place had never been properly cleaned (we got Clorox from target to clean the bathroom ) . The sink clogged up instantly so we had to use the tub to wash our hands . The toilet paper they use is externally cheap and they are very picky about giving you another roll . We were missing towels when we got our room and when we spoke with the a room service lady she almost did not give us a towel she kept saying bring the dirty ones . Took awhile yo convince her we simple did not have any . The first room we were assigned to the key card simply did not work went back and forth twice to solve the problem and finally on a third try we were given another room entirely. The second room we just stood there trying multiple times until the key card worked and this was a regular thing . I would not recommend this place just find another dog friends place to stay .

Will not book this place again!!

They forgot to clean my room! Forgot to replace towels, shampoo, soap! No tissues or lotion provided! No phone, coffee pot, safe, or writing supplies! Very poor condition room. Very disappointing for a La Quinta property! Management sucks!

The shower was dirty, the pool look like it was nerver cleaner, most hotels have a coffe machine in the room. I upgraded to a superior room and felt I got nothing for it. I tryed to check in and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk.

Overwhelming mold odor

Overwhelming musty mold odor. Cockroach on bathroom floor. Used soap, shampoo, washcloth on sink. Old and run down. Needs updates. Would not stay here again.

Do not waste your money or time

I checked in my room and went to use the restroom after a long trip there. As soon as I flush the toilet, the bathtub started to back up water, which I’m assuming was coming from the toilet pipe. I was offered to change the room which I had no choice because I was out of town and I have no idea where I was at. Needless to say that the advertisement for the hotel is not anything close to when you get there. It’s really sad. They need to make sure that they’re not cheating zoomer by false advertisement. I ended up checking out of my hotel Sunday morning at about 1 AM driving down to the local Denny’s and parking and napping in my car for two hours and then going to get some breakfast and trying to kill four hours before my conference. I didn’t mention that when I try to get a receipt from the guy behind the desk he was acting like he couldn’t give me one so definitely some ethical concerns in this business as well. While I was at my conference, I got emailed a receipt that says I checked out at 4:31 on Sunday and here it is like 9:30 in the morning. They’re emailing me when in reality. I checked out at 1:30 in the morning or 1230. I would just tell you they should shut this place down. There’s definitely something fraudulent going on.
