Really nice and kind stuff, I arrived 11AM and they gave me free early check in and upgraded room whiteout asking! Housekeeping ,breakfast, pool Considering the price were perfect. They kept my luggage while I was finishing my conference nearby and provided a space to change before the shuttle comes.

Disappointed

Our room had a toilet that did not flush well, their solution was to give us a plunger for our four night stay. Also the bathrooms do not have a fan so the room gets moist and foggy when multiple family members have to shower (ex. after the pool). Breakfast was great!

The hotel is very outdated and worn. A lamp in our room didn’t turn off, a light flickered before turning on, blackout curtain had tears and there was blood on a door handle. The carpet throughout was worn & “bubbling” in lots of areas. The buffet breakfast was cold & the sausages tasted like they were freezer burnt. Front staff were nice though.

Train nearby very noisy throughout the night, $100 per night, payment taken at check in rather than check out. No instructions on how appliances work in the room, no ice on the floor. When reported no one came to fix. No room service.
