The heater in room wasn’t working and we realized it about 10 pm. Only one person working desk, so she couldn’t come up to fix it. However, she walked me through the process and the second time it worked manually. I was so glad she knew what she was doing! We had a warm room after that.

Jacuzzi Room

We went with the king bed room and jacuzzi tub and we were very pleased. Our room was right by the elevators which is usually very noisy, but even with a full hotel the room was quiet. Staff was friendly.
