Overall, a good experience and a great value. Only complaint was that for five people they only had a single small bottle of shampoo in the room. Other than that, a good experience.

I booked a non-smoking room and was put on the 4th floor. Every door on this floor had a No-Smoking sign on it, but when I exited the elevator onto the floor, the whole 4th-floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. My "non-smoking" room also reeked of cigarette smoke - even after one of the front desk staff sprayed something on the carpet and around the room, it still reeked. When I was trying to go to sleep, I couldn't, because I just couldn't shake the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke - it was in my hair and in my nose. Finally, around 11:00 p.m., I had to go down to the front office and ask for a different room. Thankfully, I was at least given a different fresh-smelling room on the 1st floor. It's just too bad that more steps weren't taken to ensure that guests DO NOT smoke in the rooms!

Wasn't offered free breakfast, wasn't told anything if there was free wifi, the beds where so hard I could barely even get to sleep, all you could hear was doors slamming all night and water being turned on in other rooms. Parking late at night was horrible to try and find. Won't be going back there again.

It’s basically an airport hotel… it is what it is… clean and close to the airport… it did the job. They did offer parking for when I was away on my trip… not sure exactly where, and what their security is like, so I declined, but it was fairly a cheap price. I’d stay again based on price and proximity to airport.

the washroom needs to be upgraded. the sink had a crack. the toilet was so old and the shower was rusty. there was no ventilation fan in washroom. breakfast items were same all 4 days and not impressive at all. staff were nice though. no issues with service.

There was plenty of parking stalls. Easy access to enter the hotel after I parked my vehicle. I was there for one night. I didn’t see anything I didn’t like about the hotel.
