The Hotel and room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows sucked and the curtains did not block any light making it hard to fall asleep. We stayed at the hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle to and from the airport. However when I needed my ride back to the hotel no one answered the phone to arrange the shuttle. I tried for a half hour to get an answer but again no one picked up the phone. I had to pay for a cab, Juvan the person that was seated in the room behind reception when we left for the airport was still seated there when I returned and said he was making coffee when I called. I would not stay there again. Not helpful, terrible bed and too much light in the room when I was ready to sleep.
