THE LIVING AREA

The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 70-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Our family cleans our home. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own
