Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The facilities were great however, the room itself was lacking in natural light since it overlooked an interior courtyard. Otherwise, it was great and met our needs. The location of the hotel is outstanding.

Had 5 rooms. Some were in great condition another had peeling wallpaper and look like they need to be repaired/updated. Carpet was stained in the hallways. The atrium deck had loose boards and elderly (70 and 80s) had to watch our steps especially those with canes. Staff was helpful when an issue came up on early morning van retrieval. Staff needs to let guest know that the garage is closed from 1am to 7 am and no way to get vehicles during this time.

Great Breakfast Buffet

We enjoyed our stay at the Anglo American. The rooms were good, the staff was very friendly and everything was kept very clean. Most of the tourist attractions were within a 30 minute walk from the hotel. It was relatively cool in May while we were there, but the air conditioning in both the hotel lobby and the room was marginal and probably would not keep the room cool in the heat of mid to late summer.
