This hotel is a pet friendly hotel.However, it is not a people friendly hotel period ! This hotel belongs to the dogs. The moment the door was open to room 303. The smell of dog and dog urine was so strong It almost knocked me over. I could not even enter the room. I immediately went back to the front desk. They went to show me another room number 109. It also smelled very much so like dog, not as much like urine, still like dog very strong. I immediately start crying. We were not able to get our money back. However, it was so bad that we did not care. We had to leave and go to the hotel next door Holiday Inn Which was much better considering the circumstance and provided a good breakfast.I am a person that is particular.However, I am not overreacting in this review, and the hotel was more expensive than the holiday inn unbelievable.The experience was traumatizing, and I warn you heavily NOT TO BOOK!!! 😭😭😭

We called hotel to be picked up from the airport. We were told that staff was coming. Staff picked up another family infront of ours (a family that didn’t call ahead of time) and left our family on the street for an hour and 45 minutes. We have three small children. When we got to the hotel only one of our rooms were ready. When we got into our rooms, my three year old found two half full white claw drinks on the side of the bed and poured them down herself.

Everything was lovely, but I’ve just realised that I’m on the cruise ship with no jackets. I think I left two jackets in the room. One waterproof shell jacket and a padded liner jacket. Both Turquoise blue. How do I contact the hotel to find out if they have them stored somewhere please?
