We got luggage and called at 1020pm. Waited 40 mins for shuttle with two children under 4yo. Called again ,was told I have to wait there’s traffic in a rude tone. Waited 20 mins more. Was an independent van that said he would take us for $60. It was late and little kids we took it. Was no traffic whatsoever going to hotel. I booked this hotel because it had airport shuttle. Hotel fine. Shuttle Aweful!!!

I called for the courtesy hotel pick up and they took me to a different Holiday Inn. I had to pay for an uber to get to the correct hotel. The staff at the hotel was not at the desk, it took nearly 10 minutes for him to arrive and there were three of us waiting for help.

The lady that was working the front desk was beyond fantastic! So nice and just a lovely lady, she was funny as well. And that was at a super busy check in time but she kept it all together! Our room was spotless and large. It’s actually one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve been in outside of a resort! Very happy with our stay. Added bonus….24/7 fresh ground coffee ;).
