"Nice hotel and close to everything, good location, right on mid Manhattan, right in Times Square, rooms are small and the bathroom are small, toilet is tight and uncomfortable, the ac unit is old and makes a lot of noise, they keep the rooms clean and in good shape, the bed is comfortable. They have 4 breakfasts options and they are good. My personal experience whit my check in/out wasn't good, the person who helped me with both was the same person and he was kind of rude and really short with words, he wasn't friendly at all or helpful, he needs some costumer service training...//// Muy buen hotel buena ubicacion en medio Manhattan y en puro Times Square, los cuartos son chicos y el baño esta chico y el toilet esta muy apretado e incomodo, el aire acondicionado es viejo y hace mucho ruido, mantienen los cuartos limpios y en buenas condiciones, las camas son muy comodas, tinen 4 options de desayuno ricas , mi experiencia personal con check in/out fue mala y desagradable, la persona que me atendino fue la misma las 2 veces, y fue ruda y no amable y corta en palabras, necesita entrenamiento de servicio al cliente."
