We were pretty disappointed by the state of the property upon arrival. It gave us the impression that no one had cleaned or entered the house in months. There was a toilet by the curb and there was a stuffy smell for the duration of our stay. Windows were filthy and dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean. The walls and furniture were full of scratches and dings. Very much a “for rental only” type home. I normally don’t write negative reviews but all 8 of us left feeling that it was not worth the money we spent and regretting we picked this location. Very disappointing for my bachelorette weekend.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and spacious. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out, from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and clean. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions while still being peaceful and quiet. We especially loved spending time relaxing in the space—it truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. They even accommodated an earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Our only wish was for a bigger hot tub, but we have already shared this feedback with the host and hope they will upgrade before our next stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The bedrooms were incredibly spacious with generous closet space, and the heated floors made everything feel extra comfortable. The master bathroom was roomy, and the bathtub was a very comfortable size — perfect for unwinding. The water was consistently hot, which we really appreciated.The living room and kitchen offered plenty of space for our family to gather, cook, and relax, and the home was well‑stocked with kitchen essentials, bath supplies, and laundry items. It made the entire stay smooth and stress‑free.The location was close to great wineries, conveniently near shopping, and just minutes from the Upper Canada Cheese Company, which we loved so much we visited twice. Our stay was so comfortable that several family members mentioned they’d love to recommend this place to their own guests in the future.The owner was wonderfully responsive, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfect for us. The home is equipped with everything you need and is clean . The house was clean, the BBQ, the hot tub all clean and working properly. I will just make note that the heated pool is not heated until sept and only until Oct. So the advertisement is a bit misleading on that point . Nevertheless, it was a great experience and time . Thank you to the host .

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this stunning luxury villa! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view of the orchards from the property is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. One of the highlights was playing the grand piano, it added such a special touch to our stay. And, of course, the hot tub was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Women's Retreat

This property played host to a wonderful women's retreat complete with in home yoga and barista, private chef, spa and shopping. It accommodated all 9 ladies well and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Note if you are traveling with a larger group, the hot tub only seats 4 at a time.

Great experience.

We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this attractive, clean and spacious Niagara villa. The host was organized and responded promptly to all our questions. We also met the property manager who was friendly and discreet. In the kitchen, there was every appliance and cooking tool we could want - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, and more than enough plates, glasses and mugs for our group of nine adults. The location is close to many hiking areas, wineries and other unique shops. We had a very enjoyable weekend and would happily return to this property.

Large house in Jordan

The location of the property was perfect when attending a family wedding at a nearby vineyard. We were able to use the pool after the heater was turned up for us and the hot tub was much appreciated as the weather had turned slightly cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with serving plates and utensils and meals were easily prepared both inside and on the barbeque. The house was spacious enough for 8 adults with the 5 bedrooms. (We could have used one more bathroom with so many people but we made do) The communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful when we needed further instructions and this house is a great rental for a large group.

Great house!

What a great vacation house! I wish it was my real house! -Plenty of rooms and space inside, large kitchen with island and wonderful front & back yard. -The master bedroom is huge with a to-die-for bathroom and two walk in closets the size of small bedrooms! -We spent a lot of time poolside and swimming. Pool gets sun all day and was sooooo nice! Kids had fun on the diving board and hot tub. -Loved the beautiful floors throughout. Very quiet - which is important when you have 12 people trying to sleep. -Beds were very comfy. -The dining room and front living room were super pretty but would love to see it as a game room, maybe with a pool table, a big couch and large family dining table for family game night, but we still made it work & had a great time. -Very quiet and peaceful location. -Only 1.5 miles away from Lake Ontario and ~20 mins from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. -The vineyards and wineries everywhere were very cool. Great roadside fruit market and bakery with insanely good fresh fruit frozen yougurt right around the corner too. -Communication with the owner was prompt when we had questions.

Pool made the house

The house is spacious and pool well maintained. It is close to attractions but in a peaceful location. I walked on the country road in the mornings and felt very safe. The host was responsive and helpful when we did have maintenance issues. It could use a good paint job and some maintenance updates but the host seemed open to hearing about improvements and getting those items corrected.

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved this house for 10 girls for a weekend. It comfortably sleeps 12. The house is on a beautiful property 20-30 min away from the main party of NOTL. The big pool and hot tub were a great plus! We all enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home!
