The Space:

Just a short walk from the shoreline, this elevated condo offers an easygoing island stay with beach days and dining all within reach.
Living space
Located in the Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom condo blends comfort and convenience in the heart of Waikiki. The open living area is air-conditioned with a window AC unit and filled with natural light. Large windows frame the ocean view, while a 43-inch HDTV with cable and wifi provide relaxed evenings indoors. Elevator access makes arrival simple, and the unit is single level with no stairs inside.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated by a sliding door for added privacy and features two Queen-size beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for short stays. The condo accommodates up to four guests, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom essentials provided.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with full-size appliances and ample cookware. A dining table and counter seating create an easy space for casual breakfasts before the beach or relaxed dinners after a day out exploring.
Bathroom & essentials
The full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, along with bathroom essentials and hot water. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, and a laundromat is nearby for added convenience.
Outdoor living & amenities
Your private patio or balcony offers a breezy place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Beach essentials are included, and shared beach access makes spontaneous shoreline walks simple. The building also features a shared heated pool, hot tub, and sauna - please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. An outdoor playground and shared BBQ grill are available on-site.
Parking & extras
Free parking in the on-site garage is included for one vehicle, along with access to an EV charger. Self check-in with a keypad allows flexible arrivals, and long term stays are welcome.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
