This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath air-conditioned townhome offers a perfect location in the downtown area of Hood River and is a great place to kick off your flip-flops and recover from a day of local activities - nearby hiking, wind-surfing, kite-sailing, bicycling, shopping, dining, wine and cider tasting, skiing, or just taking in the laid-back family-and-dog-friendly ambiance of Hood River and the Columbia River Gorge.

The kitchen is ready to cook a gourmet meal using top-notch cookware (plus food processor, blenders, sous vide, Soda Stream, Dutch oven, etc.) to be served on the huge dining table or in the comfy nook. The living room offers a large screen smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu). The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful, with luxurious linens and a private bath. Full size laundry facilities are located in the first level den with folding space plus a desk with monitor and printer to browse or check in with the boss. A small patio is out the door from the den with a bit of a view of the river and beautiful hills.

Walk down a garden path to Oak Street, with Three Rivers Restaurant, Bette's Place, The Pines Tasting Room, Ruddy Duck, Mike's Ice Cream, and Salon Visio - all within 3 blocks. Or stay on State Street and sip local wine at Stoltz Vineyards.

Family Gathering

This property was perfect for our family! We hosted a small family get-together, and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was ideal - close to downtown, but also quiet and residential. Debra was very responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect home!

This was an annual windsurfing/mt biking trip with a few friends. We've been visiting Hood River every summer for the last 17yrs and always rent a house. This was a perfect house for our group! The owner, Deb, was great and was easy to get in contact with when we had questions. The house was stocked with everything needed for our stay and the location to downtown very convenient so we could walk everywhere. We will definitely rent your house again if available for our Hood River summer trips.

Columbia Gorge Marathon

We were in town for the marathon and stayed a few extra days to enjoy the area. We had such a great time! Everything went very well. The house/condo was the perfect place for us. It was big and roomy, beautifully decorated, and close to everything! We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend staying here!❀

Don’t even think about staying anywhere else!. Immaculate. Fabulous location- walk to town. Everything you need is supplied, from cooking utensils to coffee to moisturizer and tons of towels . Great Hood River vacation rental!

We have rented many, many vacation rentals over the years and this one was memorable for all the right reasons. You can tell that the owners really care for the place - it's well decorated, very clean, very well stocked and makes you feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable (and we are picky bed people!). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook just about anything. Even the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and other little things you may need. We enjoyed walking to coffee shops, restaurants, the ice cream store, and the fantastic kids playground nearby. Would definitely stay again!!

Fabulous place!

So beautiful and such a great location. We were here for my partner’s daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was perfect for three couples and Deb thought of everything. We all commented it had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay in the Gorge

Deb's place is outstanding. The condo is spacious and over stocked with amenities. The location can't be beat, just steps to downtown Hood River. Summer in the Gorge is spectacular and Deb is a great host and communicator.

First, Debra was a dream to work with. She is definitely “Guest Focused”!!! 🙂 Home was just like the pictures in the listing. Very nice decor; beds, pillows and linens very comfy; well laid out for family/friend gathering; if you like to cook, the kitchen is stocked with more cookware than one would even need; the location is awesome for walking to town for coffee, eats, ice cream, boutiques, etc
. (Approx 3-10 mins depending on your physical ability); OR just as short of walk to trails OR just to enjoy the surrounding neighborhoods and admire the beautiful older well-kept homes, which we did often. We even walked to the river several times, but again, based on one’s ability. Strongly recommendation this property for great location and great Host!

Well stocked, very comfortable.

This place is super well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and furniture were all very clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that there is no view, there is a little traffic noise, and the fireplace is a tiny electric heater. All aren’t issues if go with those expectations. We hope to return again!

Fantastic property

Everyone in my family agreed that this was probably the best vacation rental we have stayed in, and the reality was even better than the photos show. The house was tastefully and colorfully decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped for any kind of cooking and has spices, sugar, hot sauces...you name it. The house was roomy and perfectly located for walking to town. Deborah was accessible by text and so kind and patient. My son lives in Hood River, so we will hope to stay here again when we visit!

Immaculate, well-stocked and very comfortable house in a great central Hood River location. Easily walkable (just a few blocks) to restaurants and brew pubs. Great attached garage for bikes, etc. Would definitely return to this house, either with family or other couple(s).

Perfect! Well stocked!

My wife and I just spent a week in this rental. Great house! Very well stocked! Excellent high quality linens. Anything you could ever need is included and or available. My only slight complaint and it's mostly my fault but listing is slightly misleading, is the view. There is no northerly view except a NE view out the upstairs bedroom window of white salmon. I would definitely rent again. Oh and if we could ask for anything to be better it would be the toilet paper. But with that said we could just buy our own. Lol. This just goes to say how good this rental really is. So go ahead and rent it worry free!

The place was perfect. We were in Hood River for my daughter's wedding. Having the garage worked out great as we brought up a number of large items for the décor, including material for a 12' alter and 7' donut wall. We also could not have asked for a better location - definitely an easy walk to town. The place itself is very inviting - felt like home. I also really appreciated the quick responses from Deb to my questions - with all the wedding planning, it was nice not to have to worry about lodging.

Perfection in every sense- look no further!

This beautiful and comfortable home is conveniently located just a block or two from downtown. Our family of 4 (2 adult children) loved the easy access to all Hood River has to offer. While at the house, we marveled at the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, beautifully updated bathrooms, comfortable living spaces. Deb left us coffee and wine to get us started. We arrived after 2 am due to a very delayed flight and, Deb had left on the lights on for us. The electronic entry gave us easy access. We loved having the full-sized washer and dryer and enjoyed the front patio for morning coffee. Check out was a breeze. We hope to go back and spend more time in the area. We will not stay anywhere else. This house was by far the best rental we have enjoyed. So grateful we found it!

Amazing house, fabulous host and great location!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hood River. Deb has thought of everthing to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her special touches like snacks and even laundry detergent made us feel like we were quests in her home and not just renting The location is tremendously convenient to great restaurants, fun shops and local breweries. Our family will definitely stay here again.

This house has evrything you need! Full stored kitchen, cozy livingroom, comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. Neat and clean would also describe this house. Close to town where you can enjoy plenty river activities, nice restaurants and shopping. We would return here in a heartbeat!

This home is within walking distance of all of the cute restaurants, cafes, and shops in downtown Hood River. When I let Debra know that we were coming with two young children, she equipped the home with an infant and full size travel bed (pack n play style), booster chair, baby bather, baby carrier/backpack for hiking, and safety gate for the bottom of the stairs (all bedrooms are upstairs). This let us travel so much more lightly, and gave us piece of mind while we were there. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely time at Debra's place!!

We absolutely loved Debra's place at Hood River! The location was just steps away from downtown and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Debra was an wonderful host possessing excellent communication. She left tons of snacks and extras everywhere. The house was very comfortable and the space was very usable. We were close to the river for my sons kiteboarding competition and it was easy to load his gear and a quick drive to the river to drop him off. Lastly, my son left his wallet and Debra was so kind to immediately mail it back to us. We will most definitely rent Debra's place again when we come back to the Hood!
