"Room was clean hot tub was relaxing. The pool was nice very very kid friendly so just be mindful, especially to those adults that want to go to the pool for relaxation. Expect a lot of kids the only caveat I would say negative if anything would simply just have to be two things one. I’m not sure if it was just my specific room, but the AC unit is loud and a sense of it will make random loud noises while it runs and secondly, the pillows can be very, very uncomfortable and very stiff"

"The shower leaked, the fridge didn’t work, the ac was either Antarctica or the rainforest (set over 70 and condensation pooled on the floors and dropped down the walls). The entire property smelled like whacky tobacky… but there was a Starbucks on property that was decent and my kids loved the waterpark… hooks to hang towels or somewhere to put wet bathing suits would have been nice as well as a real table and chair"
