Came in and changed our towels once but didn’t clean up bed or room, maybe I miss say or understood that they don’t do that. Besides that rest of stay was fine.

The room was not good. It was unsafe the outside door handle was hanging off when we walked up. The door would get stuck when trying to open it to go into the room. There was a roach in the restroom. The room had mold as well. When I called down to speak with someone they hung up.
