"free parking. Welcoming staff. Room big but empty they have space to insert small table and chairs. Need to put up pictures. Bathroom needed update, old tiles bit mouldy. Air con so loud couldnt sleep, for first few nights. which was a shame. Enjoyed on site cafe but could do with more low fat options. Lady who works am in cafe so friendly and remembered what we drink after 1 day! Bar man friendly. Room cleaned frequently but on day one smell of cleaning products too strong had to prop door open. Convenient location. Shuttle to universal and disney."

"The lady that checked us in was incredibly nice!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay the best!!! We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and she gave us a goody bag full of candy!!! And free bottles of water for being reward members. She was so sweet!!!! It was a long day of travel with several delays and her kindness was much appreciated and totally made our day!!!!"
