Find a cheap Hotel in International Drive District

"I chose this Wyndham location based on positive reviews, but unfortunately my partner and I had several experiences that made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing. First, while shopping in the area, we were approached by a young boy asking for money while holding a peach water cup. His father was sitting near a gift shop telling him what to say. When I declined, the man said they also accept Zelle and Venmo. Later, when we returned to the resort, we saw the same child inside the building near the conference area while his mother sat at a table with paperwork. This made us feel uneasy because it did not appear that they were guests. It raised concerns about security and whether anyone can simply walk into the property. Throughout our 4-night, 5-day stay, I only saw one security guard. There also appeared to be very limited camera coverage. As guests, this lack of visible security made us feel unsafe. Another major issue involved housekeeping. The posted policy states: “Refresh services available upon request with 24 hours advanced notice. Refresh service includes trash removal, bathroom towels and amenities replenished, and making of the beds. Full service is available upon request with 24 hours advance notice for an additional cost.” On Thursday I went to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT and was gone for about 17 hours. When I returned to my room, my bed had been made and towels were refreshed. I had never requested housekeeping, and I had left personal belongings in the room"

"Nice hotel but housekeeping was not on point for our 14 day stay. We repeatedly had to ask for the bed linens to be changed (after 5 days I had no choice but to ask) and a few times the beds were barely even made and towels just thrown half hazardly in the bathrooms. Otherwise staff is super friendly and common areas are clean. "
