Annoying dog!

A lot of parking, clean place, nice rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was a dog barking throughout the night and in the morning, it whined and howled for about an hour.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The room I was given had a humidifier that wasn’t working, but no one informed me about this when I checked in. After spending an uncomfortable first night, I mentioned it to the staff and was then told there was also a leak in the room, which they had apparently known about. This lack of communication and attention to basic room maintenance is unacceptable. I expected better service and transparency from a hotel of this standard.

Gum on pillow when we get walked in, small baby roaches came out and into my cup at night. The shower floods into the whole bathroom because the contractor who made it didn’t build it right, causing water to seep into the wall everytime someone stays there and now there is mold behind the wallpaper.
