Roaches in the room! They refunded some amount but it was a huge inconvenience having to leave in the middle of the night and find somewhere else to sleep, we were in town for an event. Don’t trust the pictures!! Rooms look nothing like they show!!

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, it felt more like a rundown two-story motel than a Wyndham property. The linens looked dirty and worn, the walls were stained, and the furniture was broken and scuffed up--clearly past its prime. The TV setup was ancient, using an old cable system with a guide that only half worked, and the AC unit was running nonstop just to barely keep the room cool. The bathroom was no better, with a nasty bathtub and what looked like spot painting that left a strong paint smell lingering in the air. To make things worse, someone had plugged in a cheap, overpowering air freshener that mixed horribly with the paint smell. When I asked the front desk for fresh linens, the attendant did give me some--but told me I'd have to put them on myself because housekeeping was already gone for the day. Not exactly the kind of service you expect from a Wyndham property. On the bright side, he did bring me a brand-new ironing board to replace the broken one in my room. The hallways had stained carpets, the bathtub was grimy, and overall, the entire place felt neglected. I've stayed at plenty of La Quintas over the years, but this one was easily the worst. It desperately needs a deep clean, better maintenance, and a major renovation. Would not recommend staying here unless it's your absolute last resort
