All bedrooms have Queen adjustable beds with 55” TV’s. The place must be returned the way you receive it. No pets. No smoking. No Alchohol Allowed.
No loud music. (This is a very well maintained, safe and quite neighborhood, please refrain from loud music at all times)
If deep cleaning needs to be done there will be a minimum charge of $120 and the price will go up according to the amount of cleaning required.

We booked this property for a yearly convention due to it's proximity and modern amenities. The location was convenient and safe. The private garage was an added bonus as our vehicle's had been broken into at other locations in past years however it is important to be mindful of vehicle size as the garage is a tight fit for a full size SUV. We had a couple of issues with access to the property but those were promptly handled by the property manager and did not cause any real inconvenience. The beds were comfortable and the stay went well. In the future we will probably consider this property first when attending our conference.
