Disgruntled

Poor service, tried to call for shuttle from airport to hotel and got put on hold 5 or 6 times, finally gave up and took a cab after half an hour...Then waited for another half hour to get registered, in spite of trying to check in online. You still have to wait on the front desk! There's little options to eat here..... Outrageous taxi prices to the terminal! Shower in the room was very weak and lukewarm, but the room was clean.

Major bug problem in room 233

My issue were the roaches. I notified the concierge during check- out about the issue. Instead of being empathetic or accommodating me as a customer, he tried to justify the roach dilemma by saying, "Oh, its probably loke that because other customers didn't tell us? What does that have to do with my stay in an infested room? I advised he notify whoever the exterminator is about the issue. Also, there were a few loose hairs when I pulled back the blanket on one of the beds. The only good thing were the shuttles.

I have stayed at this property a few times as I feel it is convenient, clean, reasonably priced, and has amenities I use. This last stay greeted us with a rude front desk check in which was the most irritating memory and a room with a moldy smell upon entry.

This was the worse hotel experience I’ve had in a while. As a woman traveling alone, I did early check in from my phone and then still had to wait 30 minutes to check in - when I did finally get my room and key I opened the door and it was occupied. That’s extremely dangerous and how I figured out that every key is the same and opens every door. I was then given the room across the hall and the toilet didn’t flush and the lid for the toilet tank wasn’t the right one or right size so I’m assuming they knew the toilet did not work. No apologies really from the front desk and then I signed up for a 7am shuttle which was half an hour late, over packed with people and the driver threw our luggage and drove over and entire curb and through grass yard and the luggage was smashing into the backs of our heads in the shuttle. I’m beyond annoyed and it was a crappy end to an otherwise great trip. Won’t be staying at Ramada ever again certainly not Houston
