The elevator did not work the entire weekend. My first room smelled horrible and there was mold on the ceiling. The second room was much better. Still minor beauty issues (scratches on furniture, pictures falling from frames). Main selling point was the fridge and microwave which I needed. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was well lit, and not a lot of foot traffic. The stay was pleasant but I would not stay at that property again.

We will never stay here again. Amenities in the room did not work, they got us a new room right away, but when we switched everything over our new room had hair all over the shower and couches had holes in them. The pool had a sign on it that said “closed until further notice” front desk said “oh, no worries you can use it”. When we went out to investigate, the pool had rust on the bottom and it smelt like sewage. To top it off in the middle of the night at 5:35 each morning our fire alarm in our room went off. Front desk said they weren’t sure why and couldn’t do anything about it. Not impressed and very disappointed with overall amenities and service

I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it felt comfortable and homelike. I’d happily stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel overall was unsafe (our locks on window broken and we were on first floor), unkept (pool closed since april by the health department), smelled natural gas, invested with cockroaches!
