Second stay was disappointing. Multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a clogged kitchen sink, broken disposal, and a bathroom fixture falling, with very low host communication despite messages and photos.

there were ladybugs everywhere, not “cute a ladybug” it was omg there’s 100 of them. the walls and some beddings were dirty. the pictures give luxury and when you get there in person it doesn’t paint the whole picture. requested my cleaning fee back and was denied.

First, I just want to say thank you for allowing us to rent your home overall stay was great. I would definitely book again. Only complaints I will say I had would be there was no seasonings the pantry was locked and just the thermostat kept switching to heat but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10 for me
