The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. Walkable to all amenities. We found the bed to hard for our liking. We had a couple of water issues. No hot water one day and no water for most of one day. This was fixed in a timely manner.

Well located room close to everything

We made a request for 2 rooms side by side we were told that everything was ok, but on the day of our arrival, everything was changed. The very hard mattress not comfortable everything and the pillows were terrible.

Staff was so rude. Threatened to call the police on us for asking for an extra sheet for the bed. The mattress was stained 10 different colours and was hard as a rock. 10/10 DO NOT recommend staying here.

Great affordable place if you want to be in the middle of the food and shopping district. I enjoyed my stay sitting on the balcony people watching. Food and drink were steps away.

The lobby is hidden behind staircase. Receptionist is quiet and a bit reserved. Service could be more welcoming. Cute balcony but facing towards a restaurant terrace where has live music. It has a nice kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to play Norte you on the street for night and entertainment price is very good no complain you gotta remember this is how do buildings close to the ocean and you know I’m happy come back next year

Great stay!

Perfect location, clean and great price. The room was very spacious and the staff was super friendly, though not everyone speaks fluent english. There is a rooftop across the street and you do hear it at night so for early birds sleep may be a bit difficult. The bar stops @1am though.

Good Value Central Location

Hotel is located in the middle of the action on a pedestrian only Street. Across the street from me was a rooftop cafe with live music so you might want to ask for a back room if you want to sleep before midnight. The room was large and modern with a fridge and microwave, and basic plates and cutlery. There was a flat screen TV with many cable channels but all in Spanish and poor reception. The free Wi-Fi was weak and intermittent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very good value.
