1937 La Quinta Cove Casita, lovely private backyard with pool & hot tub

This beautifully restored historic casita is one of the original 50 homes built in La Quinta. “The Cove” as it’s known by locals has some of the best scenery in the city, and there are beautiful mountain views from the large secluded backyard with pool/spa and covered patio. The interior is incredibly charming with exposed beam ceilings, Saltillo tile, and Spanish revival themed accents that blend well into this peaceful retreat. We look forward to having you stay at our inviting and cozy casita.

This home features three full bedrooms (two Queen beds, one King), two full bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub and backyard with plenty of patio furniture and an outdoor grill. There is a private driveway plus free street parking in front.

Every amenity and safety has been considered including a full Nest smart home system.

The entire house, front and back yards are yours to enjoy freely and privately.

Great host! Excellent location close to tennis, future splash pad and refurbished pool, post office, village etc. Home away from home -extended our stay as long as possible. Comfy beds, linens and fully stocked house including printer. Private backyard was heaven.
