Newly built large luxury designer home with top of the line amenities. Casa La Quinta is over 5000 sq. feet and is located in the private, gated Enclave within the world famous La Quinta Resort. There is easy access to the resort and shuttle stop to Coachella and all local festivals just a short walk away. Walk to Restaurants, Bar and the Spa. Sitting on prime (1/3 acre) lot overlooking the golf course and stunning red rock mountains, this contemporary Spanish one-story home offers luxurious amenities, chic decor and a true indoor/outdoor California living experience.

This five bedroom/6 and a half bathroom home includes FIVE EN-SUITE BEDROOMS IN THE MAIN HOUSE PLUS A CASITA WITH A KING BED AND EN-SUITE BATHROOM SEPARATE TO THE MAIN HOUSE. The master suite includes a sitting area, as well as an expansive wet bathroom including a rain and traditional shower, Mr. Steam and a separate freestanding modern tub. All bedrooms include brand new King or California King beds outfitted with top of the line luxurious bedding, goose down duvets, and fabulous towels and robes. Bathrooms are completely new with authentic tile work, stone finishes and high end fixtures. Every detail has been considered in this home.

An entertainer's dream, the home includes an open floor plan with high ceilings, a large state of the art kitchen and great room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and fabulous indoor/outdoor bar with a margarita maker (of course!). Great room includes wall-to-wall pocketing doors which open to the backyard and golf course. The backyard includes a PRIVATE MODERN POOL with baja ledge and ledge loungers, a HOT TUB (with multiple jets for therapeutic soaking), fabulous BBQ with counter seating, a separate dining area, and outdoor living room with stunning FIRE TABLE. There is also a BOCCE COURT, Corn Hole, Giant Jenga and other fun, interactive outdoor games! Inside is a large screen TV (viewable from inside and outside), numerous board games, X-Box game console and lots to enjoy whether you're eight or eighty!

Recently added 2 Peleton bikes, as well. Also, new golf cart available for rental for additional fee.

We have made every effort to create a luxurious indoor/outdoor environment to enjoy with family and friends; however, it is important to convey that, although it is definitely intended to be a fun house, it is not an anything goes "party house."

Olive trees anchor sophisticated mediterranean landscaping, which completes the resort-like ambience. There is also a private tennis court (only available to the Enclave homes) just yards away. From golf and tennis to just enjoying family, cocktails with friends and breathtaking desert sunsets, this home offers the makings of an unforgettable experience.

For the chef, the kitchen is completely outfitted with top of the line appliances. From a Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, and waffle iron to all things cocktails from Moscow Mule mugs and shakers to margarita makers, the choices abound. For those who'd prefer to eat out, it is just a short walk to the resort restaurants where there is a range of eateries offering fare from Mexican at the Adobe Grille (Best Margaritas!) to high end cuisine at La Quinta's signature dining venue, Morgan's. For after dinner entertainment, enjoy drinks at Morgan's famous piano bar.

Comfortable Luxury

We recently stayed in this incredible home, and it exceeded all of our expectations. I booked the home for our multi-generation family vacation: we are ages 9 months to 70 years old. Lisa, the homeowner, was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. When we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional amenities and luxurious details throughout the property. Every room was beautifully appointed with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches, making it a truly next-level vacation that was comfortable for our large group. Lisa also offers a concierge service that makes everything seamless, from arranging daily private yoga sessions for the entire family to suggesting local activities and restaurants to stocking the home before our arrival. The outdoor areas were just as impressive – with stunning views, a pristine pool, and multiple lounging areas and yard games, too. This home truly offers a five-star experience, and we can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a fun, and stress-free getaway.

Perfect hideaway

This gorgeous home is located behind gates right in the middle of the La Quinta Resort, surrounded by several PGA West golf courses, and tucked up against stunning mountains. The living areas, including a lovely pool and patio, are spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated. The kitchen is fully and generously appointed. All bedrooms are spacious with en suite bath. This property is perfect to adult friends who golf or are looking for a private, quiet and relaxing retreat.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The house was gorgeous, with up to date features and high end products and amenities. The grounds and pool were also amazing; it was like staying in a five star resort. We enjoyed use of the neighborhood tennis court, which was always available, and walked to the resort daily. We could not have asked for a better house to enjoy a week with the family. Our favorite house yet!

Perfection

I hesitate to be so effusive about this place, because I want to keep it all to myself. We spent a month here and I wasn't sure we'd be able to leave without falling into pieces. It's *that* good. This home is absolutely perfect. It is more stunning than the pictures could describe and it is tastefully decorated across the board. It's thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Cooking in the kitchen is a dream, with a layout and tools fit for a chef. The rooms are split around the three wings of the house, allowing guests to either spread out for privacy or split the home into rest/social wings. The grounds are impeccably maintained, allowing for a wonderful indoor/outdoor vibe that is truly what you want out of a desert abode. The pool and hot tub are perfect under the stars. Last but not least, Lisa is a wonderful and responsive host. We arrived to a house fully stocked with snacks and essentials and even pool toys! Lisa ensured we had everything we needed for a top-class retreat away from the city. A gem!

First Class

There are insufficient superlatives to adequately describe this spectacular La Quinta house. We needed a large house to accommodate a special gathering of our extended family to celebrate several special family milestones. Not only is the house large enough for four families with a bedroom suite for each but it was stocked with everything one could need. No detail has been overlooked. Everything from glassware to cooking utensils are first class. The pool and yard are immaculate. From bicycles to tennis rackets to age appropriate new pool toys in a welcoming gift basket, nothing was overlooked for recreational fun. This was an ideal location for our special gathering. Thank you Lisa - You were a outstanding hostess.

Beautifully designed Ranch Home in stunning location, accessible to everything in gated community

This is one of if not the most fabulous homes we've ever stayed in. Lisa has thought of everything. Even with 6 bedrooms filled the house never feels crowded, which I attribute to the layout and design of the home. The chef's kitchen has all the best appliances as well as flatware and plating for 20+ people. The beds all have wonderfully soft sheets and each bedroom has very large walk in showers and closets. Finally, Lisa was so attentive in the months leading up to and during our stay. She even offered to install a Tesla charging dock in the garage a couple days before our stay! Thank you Lisa for trusting us with your beautiful home. We treated it like it was our own:)

Fabulous Thanksgiving Week!

This home is pristine, has a perfect layout for leisure time with family or friends and is simply beautiful. It is definitely the most thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed rental home I’ve seen. Plus it's well-located while still being quite private. The hosts went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure our comfort and convenience. They responded promptly and thoroughly to every question we posed and again went well beyond accommodating our requests. The highest recommendation I can give is that we would all return here in a heartbeat!
