Ready for a vacation? This condo offers ample indoor/outdoor space, full kitchen, dining for six, king bed, pull-out sofa, and garage. Enjoy warm desert days and cool nights in comfort.



The Space:

Are you ready for a vacation? You won’t find a better place to enjoy a few days or a few weeks of warm desert days and cool desert nights. With ample indoor and outdoor living space, the condo has plenty of room for a variety of travelers. A full kitchen, a living area, a dining table with seating for six and bedding for up to four provide everything you’ll need to stay comfortable. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and ample storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub, linen storage and a vanity mirror. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room and a stacked washer-dryer. A detached single car garage is available for use right in front of the condo. The unit can be combined with LV002 (Secluded downstairs studio close to the Clubhouse) to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability)

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons.



Getting Around:

Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Home was location was great. Furniture and amenities were bare bones. Bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. Just little things that made it seem cheap.....tissue box was on last few tissues. Two of of stayed and needed to do laundry in order to have enough towels for 4 nights. No throws or extra blankets. Plastic wine glasses for our evening wine. The HVAC was extremely loud. I have rented a ton of places, and just a few small extras can make a stay feel so much better.

GREAT location, terrific owners

This is a perfect location for accessing golf, tennis tournament, pools, lovely shops and restaurants. Owners are incredibly responsive, and provide a wonderful experience in the development. Have been here twice and will definitely return!

Vacation Rental

The villa is pretty basic compared to others we’ve stayed in at Legacy. That was ok with us but there is a shortage of teaspoons and tablespoons - only three of each and very limited real glass glasses. Refrigerator light is burnt out and living room side table lamp plug nearest patio door does not work. We enjoyed our time but more picky guests may have issues with it.

Beautiful stay

My husband and I traveled to Legacy Villas, La Quinta for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Desert Get Away

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this wonderful condo in La Quinta. We love Legacy Villas. The location is convenient, the grounds are beautiful and there are so many pools and hot tubs to choose from you can often find one all to yourself. The checkin/out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in La Quinta

We came for a working weekend for my husband. The grounds of this property are absolutely beautiful! Lots of walking paths and pools. The unit itself was great! Very clean and we were comfortable in the space. Easy check in and out with the virtual assistant screen as you walk in. We would definitely rent this place again!

The parking situation was a serious problem. The garage opening was dangerously small, and the scuffs and dings on the walls surrounding it were a testament to how small. Once inside the garage there is a large qty of framed art on the floor which you have to navigate parking thru and walking thru after exiting the vehicle .

Great relaxing condo

Wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying in this condo community. There are many, many salt water pools to enjoy. Everyone we spoke to on the property was very friendly. The kitchen was stocked same as our home and actually this place felt just like our home. I’d highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting La Quinta. Thanks for a great stay!!

Gorgeous grounds

There was an issue with the property that was totally out of the property managers’ control but they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Everything worked out ok. Location is terrific and grounds are gorgeous.

Was a 5 Star Rating-Until the Last 2 Days

So let's get to why this is a 3 star rating and it occured 2 days from checking out of a 2 week stay. The Gas Company that provides natural gas to the unit cut off service to the unit. And this was a Friday!!! Isn't there a guest Statute in the State of California that prevents this??? Anyways, this meant Lukewarm shower on Saturday and no shower for me on Sunday. Wasn't going to take a cold shower. No stove top heat to warm up food for meals, which wrecked our plans for dinner on Saturday. Went out to dinner and tossed out what we had planned for that night. The Mgt Service said that they couldn't get a service guy out from the Gas Co because it was a weekend. I did get one day's refund for this omission, but I feel that I should have gotten 2 since we were stuck with this situation for 2 days. I asked the woman at the Management Co to have one of her bosses to contact me about this. Did not get my request to be contacted returned. I guess that Management thought that the problem would go away. This is how you go from a 5 star rating to a 3. Very disappointing... Not on the property and Condo itself; Just those that manage the property.

Highly reccommend!

We switched last minute from hotel to this property and were so pleased. Kitchen is great. Has keurig AND coffee maker, enough of all the little cleaning supplies to get you going, freezer ice pack for coolers, garage door opener. Place was easy to access, clean, comfortable and quiet!!!! Would do this in a heartbeat again!

Desert Luxury and Beauty

Our condo in Legacy Villas was perfectly located for our desert adventures. The setting, at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains, is dramatically beautiful. There is a really cool trail that borders the development - perfect for a morning stroll while the sun is coming up. The condo itself was roomy, airy, clean, and well-appointed. The pricing was very reasonable, too.

We stayed in the same place last year, about the same time. The place was visibly more worn. There were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom. Although the place was clean it felt worn down and in need of an upgrade. Further, the grounds were dry and not as nice. A little disappointed.
