I did not recieve check-in instructions the day prior despite having received the normal automated confirmation email from VRBO a few days prior. When I reached out to the host the day of the trip, the host said the reservation was cancelled by VRBO, the rental was terminated by the city, and I needed to contact VRBO. All comminucation did happen via the VRBO app.When I reached out to VRBO customer service, they did NOT show the reservation as canceled. VRBO customer service helped and provided a full refund. We ended up booking a hotel afterwards because of the same day travel. This was very disappointing because if the rental was terminated by the city, then the host should have communicated to all the scheduled rentals and VRBO and updated the reservations accordingly.My review is 1-star based on this information only, we did not visit or stay at this location.

Great Location

Spacious, clean, nicely furnished home in a great location. In a quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants and access to freeway, short drive to The Strip. Kitchen was well equipped. Very enjoyable stay. Great communication made for easy check on/out.

Spacious and Location

Very private. Not perfect but then again what is. There were some shortcomings but the owner was very responsive and quick to react. Would stay here again because the location is awesome

Great location

Location is perfect, away from the craziness from the Strip. Property has good amenities and very spacious, however, beds are not comfortable. Mattresses are worn out so unless you are really tired it will be a “tossing and turning” throughout the night. That’s the only negative thing I can say about it.

Awesome rental, so spacious & clean

We had several little kids with family visit at the house during our stay and found having multiple TVs was super helpful and having two living rooms made it easy for each group to watch football and watch cartoons. The pool was great (Although there should be a way to turn off the pool vacuum when you are swimming or at night because when it goes up the edge of the pool and gets out in the air, it’s super loud when you’re trying to sleep) Love the location it was so easy to get to everything even the strip!

Quiet and cozy stay

We had a pleasant stay here. The home was conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood! The only improvement we would recommend was in one of the bedrooms the bed was very loud and uncomfortable - creaked a lot and sounded like it had plastic or paper covering still on it. Aside from that, we enjoyed our weekend. Thank you!

Great location and house

Very happy with our stay here. Super easy to check in and the house was perfect for us. Very updated home and bathrooms. We love to hike and the house is really close to a great hiking spot. Also walking distance to a really good coffee shop. The house has a lot of space, and even two sitting areas with large TVs which was great for relaxing. The pool was very clean and they have a lot of towels available. The bathrooms both have dual sinks which is nice. The master bedroom doesn’t have a closet since that must be being used for the owners closet. There is a hanging area out in the hall though. We will for sure come back here.
