The property was quite nice. The walls are paper thin.. when people above me walked it sounded like rocks were dropped, it was so loud that it woke me up at night and I'm not a light sleeper.
Staff quite unprofessional.. lacks manners. I asked for wake up just as back up.. no one called. I asked for clean towels, extra coffee and dishwasher detergent which was not provided. I had to call front desk and they were not picking up, and when someone did they hung up.
At departure I asked for recommendations on where I can get some western style attire, one woman was pleasant and very helpful,, the other woman was just plainly obnoxious and unprofessional,, she directed me to a Party City and was hysterically laughing. That was very embarrassing, as there were other people in the lobby.
For the price of the hotel please go somewhere else... not worth it. First and last time there...
