It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. Quiet and close to the strip

The property was clean and spacious. There was a large closet for belongings and a futon near the bed. The shower was amazing and there was access to a TV. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking available. The house was also super close to the strip and lots of delicious restaurants. We were also able to see several firework shows from the house! We absolutely love this place and will definitely be coming back!

I came to Las Vegas for dental surgery and to visit family. My first night was in a motel on the strip. Hated it! Then, when this properly became available I moved. Like coming home, all the comforts.

The check-in process was smooth and I really enjoyed staying here. It is in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the strip (approx 10-15 min). There is a Walmart really close by and there is plenty of parking in front of the house. The wifi was a little slow but other than that, I had no issues. There is a lot of closet space, the bed was comfy, there was nice little couch, and the shower was amazing. I would 10/10 stay here again. It was definitely a great experience and affordable.

Great Property, Neighborhood, Convient to all local fair.Shopping,Food and close to the Strip.. It just wasnt as clean as i would liked.. Surface Clean is Great but i think after guess leave they should do a deeper clean.."lift the toilet seat up"
