Staff was friendly, polite. There were so many hidden fees that were not disclosed upon making reservation. We were offered so many perks, and upon accepting we needed a credit card to obtain this perk. Little things that didn't feel right. We will not return. Travelocity has always insured we get a room that is amazing. This was not the case. We had the view of an empty lot.

Everytime we go to Las Vegas we stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation friendly staff, clean and easy to get around. Could use more amenities for the price you pay for but other then that we are always happy with them

The place is good, on cleanliness, except for what we found in our bedsheets. It was a plastic clip, that was stuck to our bedsheets. Housekeeping was amazing to come right away and clean and replace our sheets. However, the front desk staff was horrible, only wanted to get us into a orientation so they could sell us something. When we checked in, did not provide us a parking pass, which made us go back and forth to wait back in line, for us to pickup a pass or my vehicle might be towed. That was really stupid, considering, our check in staff never once disclosed that I need a on site pass, not until, we went to park our car, and was told to go back and get a permit.
