Checking in was really bad. Only one desk clerk and I was behind four people. I waited for at least 45 minutes before I was checked in. My impression was that the computer system was not operating properly. The one clerk could not deal with all the issues quickly. Some of my information was not transferred to them from Travelocity and needed to be manually entered. The room itself was only so-so. It is part of a casino so the price was reasonable.

This hotel is the closest when participating in the BBSC triathlons at Lake Meade. We've been coming here since the early 2000's. Staff is always helpful & friendly. Microwave & fridge in room. Mattresses were covered in plastic with thin sheet covering-which caused me to sweat all night and stick to the plastic through the thin sheet. Furniture sufficient yet outdated. Hallway rugs folding in center due to age.

Hallway carpet lifting and folding along center due to age. Furniture very old- mattress covered in plastic which caused me to sweat all night over the thin sheet covering the mattress. Staff friendly and helpful. Most convenient stay when participating in the BBSC Triathlon held at Lake Meade.

The lobby was gorgeous, but the rooms, not so much. Very dated. The bathroom in the room was dirty, and the outdoor hot tub and pool were both ice cold and unusable. I loved the variety of cuisine and prices at the dining areas, even if it was just microwaved/air-fried food.

Great hotel pour restaurant

The hotel and the very large gift shop are great. The small restaurant are not so great. No real restaurant. Just 2 to 3 tables and all slots with a very minimal choice for food and my wife still got sick

The property was very strange, with a number of casinos included but hardly anyone was there! Many of the facilities didn't work. The pool was cold, the hot tub wasn't working, the restaurant had closed, no ice machine, toilet was on its last legs and the shower didn't drain. They only clean every three days. The entire facility seemed to be ready to close.

Beware of the toxic air and water

The bed was the only redeeming feature in the hotel, however the sheets and duvet were so scant extra blankets were requested just to have the proper weight to induce sleep. The small refrigerator froze all of the fresh snacks carefully prepared for the river kayak trip. The air conditioner was intermittently noisy (no consistent ambient white noise) that I lost the first night of sleep until I purchased ear plugs to allow sleep. And then I took a shower - and looked up to see a corroded moldy scary shower head. This hotel needs a big renovation.

This hotel is close to the hoover dam. Resonably priced, great location, clean room, soft beds and a nice sized gym. I'd definitely stay again!

Expedia continues to allow properties to have amenities that fo not exist. Advertise a hot, no hot tub, a small pool with cold water. Entire area smells like smoke. Stop usung expedia if they ate not going to hold hotels accountable for not having amenites advertised.

The room was fine except no coffee. The hotel is all smoking in common areas, no restaurants for anyone under 21 so be prepared. Even their idea of general store was out of breakfast sandwiches etc. Pool is in the shade most of the day and feels as cold as a mountain spring. More like an ice bath. Quite inconvenient had I known I’d have stayed in Boulder City much better options.
