Rooms are spacious but beds are very very uncomfortable. Instead of queen or king bed, there are two twin beds for 2 people. Mattress are not straight, they are slanting and i felt I was falling on my left side. I had to reposition my self all night , had disturbed sleep. I told staff about the uncomfortable beds, they assured me that someone will come and look into it and will change it but no one came to look at it, did not change beds. Faucet in the sink will come off periodically, we had to put it back to have water in the faucet. overall very uncomfortable due to bad beds.

Property is very nice and good location. rooms are spacious for 3 people. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. in the main area instead of queen or king bed, 2 beds are aligned together they are not straight , mattress is slanting , I felt I was falling on my left side and had to reposition my self all the time. My daughters bed had a dipping in the middle. I complaint to staff about the beds that how uncomfortable they are . Staff assured me that they will look into it and will send someone to fix beds, but no body came to fix or change beds. Faucet was broken, every time we had to put it back again for the water. Overall our stay was not comfortable.

This is a first class hotel. Only one minor complaint, the service at the bar wasn't that great. The rest of the staff were fantastic! The restaurant upstairs was amazing!

The staff at Altis Grand are first class. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. Room was very nice, beds very comfortable, bathroom/shower were excellent. Hotel is located in the financial district so can’t walk to tourist spots but easy uber rides to anywhere u want to go.

The Hotel in the center and every close to many attractions . The staff are very very helpful they, every request we maid was attended to. we also had 6 nights at the hotel booked through Expedia and when we wanted to visit Porto the hotel transferred 2 nights to Altis Hotel in Port. thanks to Claudia the receptionist for taking the extra efforts to transfer our booking. the hotel in port was beautiful and new. Breakfast can be improved little bit, thanks again for the hotel staff for making our stay enjoyable

Very clean rooms with enough space for a family of 3. Very kind staff and very rich breakfast. The hotel is in a nice location at the city center and you can easily walk to the old town center or use the subway as 2 stations are located nearby.

great place , will come again

Very good location. every thing very clean and the crew are very helpful. big breakfast ' every one can find what to eat and lots of coffee. they send a cake and sparkling wine for a birthday with out any request. every breakfast a member of the crew asks if they can help with something and gives offers on were to go or what to do. they place is clean and they clean the room very well every day. they have a spa ... nice size pool for a spa , hot bath saunas both dry and wet and gym all vey clean , very nice and for the most part very few ppl so it was a favorite place for the kids we were 6 ppl for 8 days they even allowed us to stay late because of aware flight leaving at night

Hotel Staff was very attentive, always ask our stay so far (not common everywhere) that shows they willing to make it better. Big and spacious room, we liked the property and it’s worth a come back, as Hotel is getting older some renovation is going on, overall Hotel deserve a 5 Star overall Raiting.
