Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings gab es kein einziges Geschirrhandtuch, das hĂ€tte ich gerne vorher gewusst. Die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine wusch nicht besonders gut. In einem der BĂ€der lag der Toilettendeckel auf dem Boden, die Toilette und der Fußboden waren nicht gereinigt worden. Dies haben wir sofort beanstandet. Die Toilette wurde sofort repariert, das war wahrscheinlich schon von der Reinigungskraft oder dem Mann gemeldet worden, der uns begrĂŒĂŸt hat. Es kam niemand, der noch einmal das Bad geputzt hĂ€tte und ich bekam auch keine Antwort auf meine Nachricht. Normalerweise liegen in Ferienwohnungen Instruktionen, z.B. bezĂŒglich des MĂŒlls. In dieser Wohnung lag nichts und meine Frage, ob der MĂŒll zu trennen ist und wohin man ihn bringen soll, wurde nicht beantwortet. Es gab keine Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsfirma statt. Es wurde mir dann per Mail ein Link geschickt, ĂŒber den ich kommunizieren sollte, aber das hatte ich vorher sowieso schon versucht - ohne Ergebnis. SchlĂ€ft man im Zimmer zur Straße hin, so ist es dort sehr laut, das andere Zimmer geht zum Hof, hier ist es ziemlich leise. Das GebĂ€ude liegt ungĂŒnstig in der Einflugschneise und ab 6 Uhr morgens hört man alle paar Minuten die Flugzeuge. Das Bett hat eine ziemlich durchgelegene Matratze von ca. 1,40. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr netten, normalen Wohngegend, von hier aus kann man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der lange Balkon ist toll.

Great part of Lisbon to stay in

We loved our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was as advertised and has many good features. Lots of room and has a wonderful balcony to enjoy. Has a beautiful kitchen full of dishes and cooking utensils. Not far from a grocery store, metro station and just steps from a marvelous park. Few things that need improvement are: we has to purchase toilet paper and other items that you would think should be provided. In the kitchen, salt and pepper, cooking oil were not left to use. I have rented other apartments and the basics were left for others to enjoy. The bathroom showers were not the cleanest and I did wash the shower curtain because it was very dirty and smelled bad. Some of the furniture and rugs need some tlc as well. These things did not ruin our visit but think a little attention to detail will go a long way.
